Cooking Bloody Chicken

cooking bloody chicken
I ate chicken blood!?

Last night my sister asked me some chicken legs and so he ate. Not only was cooked but I took a piece of Chicken was very bloody and out everywhere. I only ate a little blood, but the fact that I ate cooked chicken that was in contact with the blood makes me a little uncomfortable. Immediately after taking a glass of wine to kill bacteria. And I have not felt sick or anything like that. Could I have salmonella? How I can know if I had it? "I can get the worms? I'm calm … Not just a little "Spot" was a lot of blood. No cooking.

I do not I deal with the blood a bit too much, because the body digests it well. If you undercooked chicken, but there certainly could be a problem. If you havn't felt bad at all, then there is reason for concern, but if you start to feel uncomfortable or sick, then it would be a good idea to consult a doctor and explain the situation to them.

  • I’ve invited the family to ours this xmas for a traditional dinner, so the roast is pretty central to that.. I found a bunch of recipes at this roast recipes site, but cant seem to decide on one in particular – there’s so many to choose from! It’s fun planning such a big xmas meal though!
